indoor cycle that is simple, engaging, and fun! There is no choreography to
follow (or miss :) and it strengthens and sculpts most of the lower body muscles
and builds endurance. This class will absolutely make you sweat, but will
not take you over the edge - you will get through it within your individual
capability and capacity. Suitable for all fitness levels. Duration: 45-60
Boot Camp Workouts
fun, yet challenging combination of variety of cardio, strength and
flexibility exercises at east county parks. Encouragement from the trainer
and your teammates, and the fun boot camp team spirit will entice you to
push for your absolute best. You will work out at your own level, within your
individual capacity, with a focus to engage in healthy competition with
yourself. The team spirit strives for a common goal for all:
progress and improvement! Suitable for all fitness levels. Duration: 60 minutes
combination of circuit, interval, and strength training,
which integrates cardio (aerobic & anaerobic) exercises that challenge the heart
rate to respond to various levels of cardio activity. The circuit style
incorporates cardio to strength in a circular nature, alternating between the
two throughout the session. Participants keep moving from station to station
doing a variety of exercises. Lots of fun and challenge for you individually,
tons of variety, which may include some outdoor work on various surface levels
to challenge agility, speed and endurance. Everyone works at their own level,
but cannot avoid being personally challenged! Fitness in a fun way!! The
60-minute session will be over before you are ready to stop.
introduces the benefits and technique of nordic
walking to beginners. Nordic walking is an effective and fun mode of cardio
exercise, which incorporates dynamic movement of the upper body; burns more
calories, cushions the joints, builds upper body muscular strength and
endurance, and relieves tension in the neck and shoulder area. It's great for
anybody, from absolute beginners to seasoned exercisers, and doable at
any fitness level. Ask
about individual instruction as well as purchase of a pair of nordic walking
poles! Duration: 45-60 minutes
