Training may take place at BodySmart studio, outdoors, at your home or gym, corporate gym, a facility
in Mission Valley, or where it's most convenient for you!

Group Exercise
Nordic
Walking
introduces the benefits and proper technique of nordic
walking to beginners. Nordic walking is an effective and fun mode of cardio
exercise, which incorporates dynamic movement of the upper body; burning more
calories, cushioning the joints, building upper body muscular strength and
endurance, and relieving tension in the neck and shoulder area. It's great for
anybody ranging from absolute beginners to seasoned exercisers, and doable at
any fitness level. Find more information about it under the "News" tab. Ask
about individual instruction as well as purchasing a pair of nordic walking
poles! Duration: 45-60 minutes
Indoor
Cycling or Spinning
intensive cardio and lower body workout on a Schwinn
indoor cycle that is simple, engaging, and fun! There is no choreography to
follow (or miss :) and it strengthens and sculpts most of the lower body muscles
and builds endurance. This class will absolutely make you sweat, but will
not take you over the edge - you will get through it within your individual
capability and capacity. Suitable for all fitness levels. Duration: 45-60
minutes
Bootcamp Workouts
very fun, yet challenging combination of variety of cardio, strength and
flexibility exercises at an east county park. The encouragement from the trainer
and your teammates and the fun team spirit at the bootcamp will entice you to
push for your absolute best. You will work out at your own level, within your
individual capacity, with a focus to engage in healthy competition with
yourself. The team spirit strives for a common goal for all:
progress and improvement! Suitable for all fitness levels. Duration: Apprx.
